The department collaborates with customers and retailers to develop sales through strong partnerships, focusing on four key areas: Price, Product, In-store Position, and Discounts.
Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the turnover and market share of P&G brands within your sector. You will oversee a €10 million turnover across approximately 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drive stores.
You will act as the P&G representative for department and store managers, negotiating product placement, innovation rollout, merchandising, discounts, and order volumes to enhance brand visibility and sales.
You will work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales representatives to ensure the flawless execution of negotiated action plans.
You will be part of a team of around fifteen sector managers and sales reps. Monthly two-day meetings facilitate networking and personal growth in a fun, friendly setting. Annually, the Sales Force and HQ teams gather to share insights and plan for the upcoming year.
