Job summary

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer for the Compliance, Legal and AML units. You will provide regulatory and compliance advice to stakeholders and ensure policies, regulations, and procedures align with BI/OJK rules and applicable laws.

You will socialize new regulations across the bank, monitor regulatory fulfillment, prepare compliance reports, conduct training, and assist in updating the P&P related to Compliance beyond testing as required by the Compliance

Qualifications

• Regulatory/compliance knowledge in BI/OJK rules and prevailing laws.
• Experience drafting or updating policy and procedures.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and compliance advice to stakeholders and ensure alignment with BI/OJK regulations.
• Review, update and improve policies, regulations, systems, and procedures of the bank.
• Socialize new regulations to bank units and monitor compliance execution.
