Strategic Research Partner (SRP)

Responsibilities

1. Involve in setting revenue targets with marketing and management team
2. Engage in client prospecting and acquisition
3. Hearing and understanding client needs
4. Developing ideas and innovation for better research approaches
5. Developing proposals and instruments
6. Conducting data analysis and preparing materials for report and presentation
7. In cooperation with related team, to do a presentation to client
8. Managing team and coordinating research processes, especially at data processing design, report development and presentation to clients

Requirements

1. Open-minded and target-oriented individuals
2. Self-starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimum supervision
3. Good communication skills and enjoyment in making contact with various people
4. Preferably with an educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or other fields with an interest in research or survey
5. Familiarity with statistical software; SPSS, R, etc., or any programming language is a plus
6. Having a great passion for data analytics and data visualization is a plus
7. Willingness to travel to other cities outside Java
8. Experience in a research agency is an advantage, with at least 5 years of working experience in a research/survey setting
9. Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must; other design application software is an advantage, but not mandatory
