Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dedicated procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities in Jakarta. The role focuses on sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and PO issuance to meet internal needs.

You will conduct market research, price benchmarking, and cost analysis; identify suppliers; prepare commercial evaluations and ensure governance compliance across processes. Strong negotiation and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of tender management, vendor evaluation, contract administration, and commercial negotiation.
• Good understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and GCG principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and purchase order issuance.
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and cost analysis.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare procurement documents, reports, and commercial evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal users to ensure procurement requirements and timelines are met.
• Monitor purchase orders, contract implementation, and vendor performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
