PT. Mahaya Business Group seeks a communicative, proactive Public Relations professional to expand market access and build strategic networks.

The role focuses on identifying client needs, generating leads, and referring opportunities to Sales while engaging government bodies, associations, developers, contractors, and industry players. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design & Editor, and management to coordinate PR activities, visits, events, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Partnerships, Business Development, Event Management, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive approach to building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the frontline in identifying, opening, and developing access to prospective clients and new business referral sources.
• Proactively identify companies, government institutions, associations, property developers, contractors, industrial businesses, and other stakeholders that may require Mahaya Group's services.
• Develop and execute plans for visits, meetings, institutional engagements, and business outreach to identify needs, build trust, and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, business visits, events, webinars, business forums, associations, and other accountable sources.
• Identify prospective clients' initial needs related to business licensing, environmental licensing, building permits, design, construction and technical consulting, then refer relevant prospects to the Sales team.
• Identify and select events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, conferences, business forums, association meetings, and industry activities relevant to Mahaya Group's services and target markets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with professional associations, consultants, property developers, contractors, companies, business communities, event organizers, media representatives, and other potential partners.
• Develop and execute PR activities to strengthen Mahaya Group's reputation, credibility, and market trust.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives to ensure that generated prospects have sufficient initial information and can be followed up effectively.
• Record all visits, meetings, events, partnerships, and follow-up activities in the company's designated reporting system and prepare regular reports covering activities, outcomes, opportunities under development, challenges, and follow-up plans.
