• Knowledge of Public Relations practices, including reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Salatiga, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media content, and basic analytics is an advantage.
• Previous experience in property, real estate, or hospitality is beneficial.
