Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking an experienced PPIC and Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and optimize production and material flow. You will lead PPIC activities, oversee warehouse operations, and implement process improvements to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with SAP and warehouse management systems to streamline planning and inventory control in a consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial / Chemical Engineering or other Engineering from a reputable university.
• 5+ years in PPIC and Warehouse fields, with 2+ years in a managerial role in consumer goods.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing material.
• Analyse production plan by calculating demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other significant factors to ensure timely production aligned with demand.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and delivery of material and finished products.
• Implement efficient processes and systems, and apply cost-saving measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Evaluate and review PPIC and Warehouse process standards so operations run smoothly.
