PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, seeks a Corporate Planning & Strategic Management Manager to lead the planning and analysis function and support decision making. You will collaborate with the Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to monitor strategies and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires 1-2 years in corporate planning and risk management, with experience in Balance Score Card, OKR, SOP, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Management or equal; master's degree is highly desirable.
• 1-2 years in Corporate Planning, System Management Development & Implementation, Risk Management.
• Having knowledge in Balance Score Card, OKR, SOP and Data & Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, and design/execute analysis and business process models.
• Negotiation, risk & business analysis, strong analytical background, problem solving and excellent diagramming/communication.
• Specialized knowledge: hospitality, property, construction industry, macro/micro economic conditions, culture and structure.
• High integrity, trustworthy, good relationships, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Develop, suggest, and implement an effective planning and analysis capability for management.
• Work with Head of Corporate Planning & Risk Management to evaluate strategies and support decisions.
• Apply strategic frameworks to identify risks and develop mitigation systems.
• Analyze and create a sustainable management system for the company group and seek improvements.
• Analyze and plan KPI & tools to monitor and evaluate achievements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with group strategy partners, management, and stakeholders.
