Job summary

Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a Marketing Assessment & Performance Analyst in Jakarta to support shipment monitoring and logistics performance analysis. You will analyze shipment timelines, vendor performance, and data accuracy to identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, reviewing documents, and preparing analytical reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel: formulas, pivot tables; visualization tools a plus).
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, distribution processes, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with lab/assayer or umpire processes is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end shipment activities (inbound & outbound) to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze shipment timelines and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs like delivery lead time and vendor performance to support decisions.
• Review lab/assayer reports to determine need for umpire processes.
• Develop analytical reports and present insights to management.
• Ensure accuracy by reviewing shipping documents and records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
