Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Managing Consultant, Advisor and Consulting Service, Deploy (Acquiring) to lead a portfolio of strategic client engagements across diverse industries. You will manage complexity, mitigate risks, and ensure benefits are realized on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop innovative solutions, and coach teams with a strong emphasis on PM and change management in the payments space. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with PM experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Exposure to financial institutions/payments preferred.
• Experience coaching and leading teams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and workstreams for enterprise programs.
• Mitigate risks, manage timelines, budgets and quality.
• Identify opportunities and support client development incl. proposals.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
