Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods (IPG) seeks a Business Communication Specialist to drive partnerships, talent collaborations, and media relations to expand brand visibility and create meaningful business opportunities. You will manage key stakeholders and convert opportunities into growth across IPG's wellness and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Communication, PR, or Marketing Communication with at least 2 years in PR, Partnership, Media Relations, Talent Management, or Brand Communication.
• Proven skills in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Press Release Writing & Distribution.
• Experience in Partnership Management, Pipeline & Database Management, and Proposal Development.
• Strong Talent/BA Management, Stakeholder Management, and Collaboration Execution.
• Solid network with brands, KOL/talent, agencies, or communities, and understanding of Indonesia's media landscape.
• Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Lifestyle, Retail, Media, Advertising, or Agency industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and manage partnerships with brands, companies, communities, and strategic partners, from first outreach to signed deal.
• Source and coordinate talent/brand ambassadors, covering profiling, rate cards, and collaboration from approach to execution.
• Build strong media relationships, handle press releases, and drive media pitching for maximum brand coverage.
• Own the opportunity pipeline end‑to‑end, tracking status, value, timeline, and next actions to keep every deal moving forward.
• Coordinate execution across internal and external stakeholders, making sure every collaboration is delivered on time.
• Deliver regular reports and market insights on partnership, talent, and media trends to shape future business communication strategy.
