You will be the face and voice of Cakra to our most important clients and partners, including key government institutions and strategic enterprises. You thrive on understanding complex needs and building alliances that deliver profound value for all parties.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic partnership opportunities that align with Cakra's mission and accelerate our growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, cultivating deep, long-term relationships built on unwavering trust and mutual success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic challenges and connecting them with Cakra's mission-critical technological solutions.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, particularly within government bodies, to engage key decision-makers and stakeholders with professionalism and persistence.
- Lead contract negotiations and the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring alignment and a smooth start to the collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to ensure client needs are clearly understood and that our solutions are delivered with excellence.
What You Bring (Core Requirements)
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a client-facing role such as Partnership Management, Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience working with government clients or large enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- A strategic mindset; you can see beyond immediate transactions to build long-term, valuable alliances.
- A high degree of professionalism, patience, and diplomacy, especially when navigating complex bureaucratic processes.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
- An existing and active network of contacts within Indonesian government bodies or state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
- Experience in the IT solutions, technology consulting, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
- A deep understanding of public procurement processes (e-katalog, LPSE) and government project cycles.
