Job summary

TikTok Pte Ltd in Tangerang is seeking a Lead Operations Planner to develop and optimize operational plans, manage resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning, and lead cross-functional planning with project managers, engineering, and production teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in operations or project planning.
Ability to develop complex operational plans and manage multiple priorities.
