Position: Strategic Operations & Growth Partner

Location: Bali (or remote with frequent travel)

Are you passionate about the travel & tourism industry?

Do you have a strategic mindset, creative spark, and a drive to build something meaningful from the inside?

Babylon Holidays is looking for a dedicated right-hand partner to help us scale our luxury travel brand across Southeast Asia and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Co-manage day-to-day operations across Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore & more
  • Help build an in-house B2B system for hotel bookings, visa processing, flights & tour planning
  • Provide ongoing advice, strategy, and leadership support
  • Lead with creativity — bring new travel products, marketing ideas, and client experiences to life
  • Manage and support the wider team across regions
  • Work closely with the founder — grow together, build together
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
  • Experienced in tourism & hospitality (B2B/B2C travel agencies, DMCs, OTA platforms, etc.)
  • Comfortable in startup/entrepreneurial environments
  • A strategic thinker who also gets things done
  • Trustworthy, collaborative, and proactive
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a bonus)
  • Holds a strong passport (visa-free or easy-travel access is a must)
