Job summary

Mondelez International in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a Category Planning & Activation specialist to translate category plans into sales actions. You will support category planning with portfolio decisions, collaborate with sales teams, and help drive revenue growth in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

You will coordinate commercial set-ups for activations, provide market and channel insights, validate launch fees, and help tailor customer solutions with the Customer Activation team.

Qualifications

• Experience in category planning or sales activation is preferred.
• Strong organizing and prioritizing skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actions.
• Collaborative team player with results orientation.
