  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and activation teams to ensure campaigns are innovative, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, audience insights, and media trends to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing planners and strategists.
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership on strategic marketing initiatives and business growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners to drive synergy and collaboration.
  • Create initiatives to generate new revenue streams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or marketing planning, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Additional certifications in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or business analytics are advantageous.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, including digital, social media, offline, performance marketing, and events.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and ROI measurement for marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic industries with strong adaptability to change.
