Job summary

PT. United Family Food (Unifam) seeks a Maintenance Engineer to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance using SAP PM.

You will develop and maintain work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and EquipmentMaster data while coordinating with other departments for smooth maintenance execution and spare parts availability. Analyze downtime data, monitor maintenance KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM highly preferred).
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process equipment and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.
• English proficiency: Intermediate/Advanced (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance using SAP PM.
• Develop and maintain work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and EquipmentMaster Data.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance execution and spare parts availability.
