PT AIA Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Analyst to assess internal control systems across business areas and support audit planning and reporting. You will collaborate with the team to provide insights and practical recommendations for effective decision-making.

Under the Deputy Head of Internal Audit, you will help deliver the audit plan, prepare reports for management and audit committees, and pursue relevant certifications (CIA, CISA, Risk Management) to enhance audit

Formación

• University graduate in accounting, finance, IT or computer science.
• Preferred professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA or equivalent.
• Understand life insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrable experience in risk management.
• Knowledge of audit tools like TeamMate and ACL.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing the annual audit plan by identifying key business risks.
• Conduct audits in accordance with internal standards and timelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support the integration of effective controls in new projects and initiatives.
• Prepare periodic regulatory and management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Pursue continuing professional development to stay current with audit practices.
