Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking an experienced HR leader to align people strategies with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

You will oversee recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, and policy development while managing a high-performance HR team and ensuring compliance and workforce planning. The role requires strong labor relations experience in Indonesia, fluent English, and a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
• Strong exposure to labor relations and union management in Indonesia.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals; act as strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead and manage the HR team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment strategy and workforce planning to support long-term objectives; manage succession planning.
• Foster a positive culture, drive employee engagement, and address complex employee relations issues.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to stay competitive and cost-effective.
• Promote leadership and professional development programs; implement talent development initiatives.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with legal standards; monitor HR risks.
• Prepare regular HR reports and present findings with recommendations for improvement.
