Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and internal controls.
• Familiar with hotel financial operations including income audit, accounts receivable, cost control, general cashier, and purchasing.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and financial regulation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and present financial reports to management and ownership.
