Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a Business Development (Strategic Operations) professional to support strategic projects through research, planning and execution. You will conduct market analyses, develop data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Fresh graduates with internships are welcome. A Bachelor’s degree in any major is acceptable, with a background in business development or related fields considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience, including fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; any major is welcome.
• Background in Business Development, Strategy, CEO Office, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and business development projects from research, planning, to execution.
• Conduct market/business research and analyze opportunities from multiple perspectives.
• Develop business recommendations and solutions using logical and data-driven thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and achieve business objectives.
• Support new business initiatives, including concept development, market research, and strategy.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and proactively propose solutions.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for management and stakeholders.
