Job summary

GoTo Group HoldCo seeks an FP&A Manager to support budgeting, financial review, and modeling for the GoTo Financial vertical (GoPay, GoFin, etc.). You will consolidate FP&A reports and provide insights to senior management, collaborating with Investor Relations and Corporate Development to explain financial drivers.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of FP&A experience and/or experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial statements with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields.
• Good financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Sheets/Docs/Slides a plus.
• Self-motivation for learning and problem-solving to tackle complex concepts.
• Effective communication to build relationships with business units and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with high quality and accuracy.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who collaborates towards common goals.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Group-level FP&A reports to deliver insights for decision making.
• Partner with GoTo Financial to track performance and translate drivers into financial impact.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations/Corporate Development on earnings and capital market actions.
• Participate in Group budgeting and forecasting with sound financial judgment.
• Maintain and enhance financial models to reflect complex business dynamics.
