Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Financial Controller to manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions. The role requires overseeing budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, and leading a finance team. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in accounting/finance and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the Palm Oil, Mining, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Preferably with experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms.
• Proven experience as Financial Controller in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) function.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, costing, and cash flow management.
