Job summary

Asuransi Astra seeks a Project Analyst to support project planning, monitoring, and execution within the Finance function. You will analyze project performance, map business processes, and identify improvements to ensure initiatives deliver value and align with strategic objectives.

In this role, you will develop plans, dashboards, and management reports; coordinate with stakeholders across functions; and document requirements and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Analyst, PMO, Business Process Improvement, Finance Transformation, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within Finance or Accounting or related functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data to support planning, tracking, and decision-making.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks, issues, and deviations from agreed timelines and objectives.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance function.
• Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment of project activities.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, management reports, and presentation materials.
• Document project requirements, action plans, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in project governance activities, including project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
