Facetology, a dynamic beauty brand, seeks a Finance Business Partner to bridge the finance team with commercial teams and provide strategic financial insights.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive performance and informed decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or similar role with exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
