Job summary

Nityo Infotech, a global IT services and consulting company, seeks a Finance Manager to be a key member of the senior management team. The role will drive financial strategy, budgeting, and cross-border tax and accounting activities across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in finance leadership, a strong foundation in accounting, and experience navigating complex international tax matters, with a hands-on, collaborative approach to governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a mid-level finance leadership or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as Ak., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts, with hands-on experience in financial management.
• Experience managing cross-border finance operations and/or international taxation matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Strong business partnering skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business teams, leading financial aspects of initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for decisions.
• Oversee financial statements, accounting records, and controls.
