Job summary

PT Anugerah Global Solusindo is seeking a Finance Manager in Jakarta Barat to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong controls across the organization.

The role manages accounting functions, leads a team, and provides strategic insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial accounting and CPA or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (IFRS or local).
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Managing the general ledger and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance on accounting policies and procedures.
• Conducting financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintaining detailed financial records and documentation to support audit requirements.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Managing tax compliance and working with external auditors during audit periods.
