Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS; experience with month-end close.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting department operations, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff to build a high-performance team.
• Drive process improvements and implement new accounting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Manage the financial audit process and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Drive process improvements and implement new accounting technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and international standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
