Job summary

MCKY PRO is seeking an organized, proactive Event Planner to support the development of compelling proposals and well-structured event plans for corporate events and activations in Bekasi. You will collaborate with designers and production teams to transform client briefs into actionable concepts and budgets.

In this role, you’ll research concepts, coordinate timelines, draft rundown documents, and use AI tools to accelerate research and proposal development while managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, research, and project coordination skills.
• Able to develop structured event proposals, timelines, and rundown documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiar with AI tools for research, planning, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Review client briefs and identify project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Research event concepts, venues, audience experiences, activation ideas, vendors, and industry references.
• Develop event proposals, concept narratives, preliminary budgets, production plans, and timelines.
• Prepare event flow concepts, preliminary rundowns, activity sequences, and attendee experience plans.
• Coordinate with the creative team to align design concepts with objectives, budgets, and production requirements.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposal documents, schedules, cost estimates, and supporting research.
• Identify potential vendors, suppliers, production requirements, and logistical considerations.
• Track revisions, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the pitching process.
• Support project handover from pitching to production after award.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, brainstorming, documentation, scheduling, and proposal development.
