Job summary

Qualifications

• Describe as-is-to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process.
• Adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies.
• Plan, conduct elicitation sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' objectives, processes and products to make recommendations.
• Be the project manager's right hand in building the business case, including cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, scope and high-level plan.
• Produce requirement specifications and outline solution design documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and follow-up on business analyst activities for the project-program and manage requirement risk, traceability and prioritisation.
• Support development of test plans, testing, implementation and training activities, and conduct quality reviews.
