Job Description:

• Minimize external problems that affect company operations by planning, coordinating and implementing land acquisition, handling cases and claims from external parties, implementing PPM and maintaining good relations with local governments and surrounding communities
• Plan and manage community development projects around the work site
• Develop and manage good relationships with stakeholders to support smooth operational activities
• Ensure that there is no Loss Time Social Issue in the mining area & hauling road area

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Law/Physics
• Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position related to external relations, CSR, land acquisition and handling issues
• Understand the laws and regulations related to coal mining
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & problem solving management, and good communication
• Have knowledge and experience of mass communication and conflict resolution between companies and the community
• Have knowledge and experience of community empowerment programs
• Willing to be placed at the Muara Bungo site, Jambi with a roster of 28 working days on site and 7 days off site (plus 1 day travel)
