Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in Jakarta is seeking an experienced communications and knowledge-sharing consultant for the REDI4JET project. The role focuses on strategic communications, knowledge management, and editorial support across five years of implementation.

The consultant will develop clear narratives, support knowledge exchange, and work with government partners and consortium members to enhance visibility, policy insights, and climate finance messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in communications and knowledge management.
• 2+ years in team supervision or management roles.
• 2+ years in climate/energy sector with Indonesian government exposure (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal editing and storytelling in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Map technical outputs and milestones to a centralized REDI4JET content pipeline.
• Coordinate editorial and communications work plan and production with project team and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic communications support for digital and print collateral for workshops and events.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and initiatives.
