Job summary

Cargill in Gresik seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and warehouse activities for the Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls.

You will lead in establishing inventory control concepts, settle invoices, and coordinate shipments with transportation and trade operations, while supervising staff and making personnel decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams in logistics/warehousing.
• Knowledge of logistics document processes and flows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material management and documentation for CCC Gresik plant to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Settle invoices and documents relating to warehouse management with accounting.
• Conduct inventories, reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with departments/locations to reconcile document circulation discrepancies.
• Lead coordination with transportation/trade ops for shipment arrangements and issue resolution.
• Validate warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy and correct inaccuracies.
