Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience; 3+ years in controller or senior role.
• Strong cost accounting expertise in manufacturing or e-commerce context.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, and advanced Excel.
• In-depth PSAK and Indonesian tax law knowledge.
• Experience developing internal controls and leading teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work remotely or in hybrid environments.
• Experience in e-commerce or technology sector preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely from Bekasi, West Java, ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Develop and implement internal controls for financial accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per PSAK.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Refine cost accounting methodologies to track product costs.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new accounting technologies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting professionals.
