Zusammenfassung

RAIA GRID, a subsidiary of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, seeks a BI & Data Warehouse Analyst to design, develop, and govern our analytical data foundation and reporting ecosystem. You will build pipelines, model data, and deliver trusted dashboards while applying AI/ML to forecasting and anomaly detection.

You will collaborate with business owners to define metrics, maintain glossary standards, and ensure reports meet decision needs with governed datasets.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced SQL skills including window functions and CTEs.
• Production-grade data modelling using Kimball dimensional modelling.
• Experience with ELT frameworks such as dbt, Airflow, ADF, SSIS, Talend or Pentaho.
• Proficient in BI platforms with semantic modelling (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Knowledge of modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, ClickHouse).
• Python for data work and Git for version control.
• Orchestration, monitoring, and alerting for pipelines.
• Cloud experience with cost-aware storage/compute.
• Data quality testing and governance practices.
• Applied ML for analytics: forecasting, anomaly detection.
• Experience using LLMs in analytics workflows.
• AI system deployment with ownership and retraining strategy.

Aufgaben

• Requirement definition and metric ownership.
• Maintain a single business glossary for consistency.
• Design and maintain dimensional data models for a coherent view.
• Build and schedule ELT pipelines from operational sources.
• Monitor pipelines, investigate failures, and reprocess without duplicates.
• Create governed datasets for self-service analytics.
• Deliver AI-enabled analytics; measure output quality and impact.
• Engage stakeholders; document models and metric definitions.
