Job summary

RAIA GRID, a subsidiary of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, is seeking a BI & Data Warehouse Analyst to build and manage our analytical data foundation and turn data into reliable business insights.

You will design and maintain our data warehouse, develop data pipelines, and deliver reporting that teams can trust and use. You will also apply AI and machine learning to support forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural-language querying, while building the data foundation these capabilities need.

Qualifications

• SQL: Advanced — window functions, CTEs, query tuning, and reading an execution plan.
• Data modelling: Kimball dimensional modelling to production standard; Data Vault or wide-table approaches.
• ELT and transformation: Frameworks such as dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, Pentaho.
• BI platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase with semantic modelling.
• Databases: Relational plus a columnar or MPP warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, ClickHouse).
• Programming: Python for data work; Git for version control.
• Orchestration and operations: Scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, alerting.
• Cloud: Experience with at least one major cloud and cost awareness.
• Data quality: Concrete methods for testing and monitoring data correctness.
• Machine learning: Forecasting, anomaly detection, text classification using standard libraries.
• LLMs in analytics: Hands-on with an LLM provider API and semantic exposure of warehouse data.
• AI system implementation: From prototype to scheduled, monitored, with ownership and refresh.

Responsibilities

• Requirement definition and metric ownership with defined owners and purposes.
• Maintain a single business glossary to align terminology across reports.
• Design and maintain dimensional models and a layered data warehouse structure.
• Build and schedule ELT pipelines with incremental loads and clean reprocessing.
• Publish governed datasets and enable self-service reporting for business teams.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics, end-to-end use cases, and semantic data access for models.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, access controls, and trustworthy numbers.
• Present findings to non-technical audiences and investigate data disputes.
