Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to drive strategic alliances with social platforms and creators. You will own end-to-end partnership initiatives, shape incentive programs, and lead campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok to fuel creator growth and engagement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, optimize budgets, and translate insights into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partnerships across the Facebook/Instagram Affiliate Hub and YouTube Shopping, owning their operation and growth to create value across the creator ecosystem.
• Lead strategic-partnership-related feature rollouts, new initiatives, and creator incentive programs to grow active partnered creators and engagement.
• Own the end-to-end management of KOL/UGC-based paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, covering campaign setup and delivery, budget optimization, and performance monitoring, and manage media agencies to source KOL/creator partnerships.
• Monitor ads-driven performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, tracking cost efficiency (CPA1, CPMAU, etc.) and translating insights into strategy and reporting for project owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
