What You’ll Do

As a Strategic Accounts Senior Manager/Lead, you’ll be the face of Wadhwani Foundation for our most strategic partners, including government agencies, ministries, telco companies, nationwide retail outlets, and professional associations like the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce. Your role will be to nurture these relationships, ensure their success within our ecosystem, and drive progress toward our 3 million jobs by 2030 target.

  • Manage Strategic Accounts:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, ensuring their needs are met and their goals align with our mission.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in government, telcos, retail, and business associations.
  • Drive Progress Toward Impact Goals:
    • Strategize and execute plans to ensure partnerships contribute meaningfully to our 3 million jobs by 2030 target.
    • Monitor and report on the impact of these partnerships, using data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Grow and Expand Partnerships:
    • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and expand their scope to maximize impact.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet partner needs and drive our mission forward.
  • Represent the Foundation:
    • Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Wadhwani Foundation in high-level meetings and events.
    • Present our programs, impact, and vision to senior leaders and decision-makers, ensuring alignment with our goals.
  • Leverage Data and Tools:
    • Use CRM tools, data dashboards, and project management apps to track partner progress and create actionable insights.
    • Continuously improve processes to enhance partner satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or business development, ideally within government, telco, retail, or large-scale organizations.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving measurable impact.
  • Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, including government officials and corporate leaders.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Analytical, organized, and skilled in using data to drive decisions and tell stories.
  • Comfortable with technology and productivity tools (CRM, project management apps, etc.).
  • Passionate about creating impact and thriving in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
