Job summary

PT CRIF Lembaga Informasi Keuangan in Jakarta seeks an experienced sales professional to manage a portfolio of accounts across banking, finance, and telecom sectors. You will develop campaigns, draft proposals, and use your industry network to generate new business while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of relevant experience, a university degree, and outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent sales aptitude required.
• Very good public speaking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of target industry and strategic client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and deal with all aspects of campaigns.
• Use existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
• Acquire new customers in key industries (Banking, Multi-Finance, Micro-Finance, General Insurance, Life Insurance and Telco)
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Draft commercial proposals that respond to client needs
• Ensure meeting of sales objectives through direct selling and cooperation with Sales Consultants
• Propose marketing actions and commercial strategies to Sales Director aimed at results improvement and business competitiveness
• Monitor and ensure complete customer satisfaction and handle complaints and requests for assistance
• Create accurate and punctual reports on sales activities and deliver presentations to customers
• Share information and ideas internally
