Job summary

Redwoods Digital is seeking a Graphic Designer to transform ideas into visuals that tell stories and connect with people. You will work across client campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and internal brands within the RWDGG ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.

The role focuses on developing visuals for digital campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality design assets for multiple channels and formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional Graphic Design experience in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.
• Able to translate briefs into creative and well-executed designs.
• Familiar with social media formats, digital campaigns, and current design trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual designs for digital campaigns, social media, brand activations, and commercial projects.
• Translate briefs and campaign concepts into engaging visual executions.
• Create design assets for brand partnerships, events, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to the visual identity and creative development of internal brands and IPs.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, videographers, and commercial teams across the holding ecosystem.
• Explore visual trends and creative approaches to keep outputs fresh and relevant.
• Ensure design consistency, quality, and timely delivery across projects.
