Job description

Rosca is opening its very first pop-up store, and we’re looking for a Store Visual & Merchandising Specialist who can turn creative concepts into unforgettable shopping experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Create the overall concept for our pop-up store design (you don’t need to design it yourself, but you’ll be in charge of the creative direction and work with decorators/vendors to execute it).
  • Responsible for booth layout, display flow, and customer journey experience inside the store.
  • Develop and organize visual merchandising for tumbler accessories – including 3D & 2D stickers, charms, sleeves, etc.
  • Ensure that all accessory displays look eye-catching, trendy, and on-brand.
  • Prepare and pitch store opening proposals to various malls and venues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Gen Z trends and retail pop-up innovations to keep Rosca ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative and marketing teams to align visuals with campaigns.
Who You Are
  • You don’t need to be a designer, but you must have a strong creative vision and aesthetic taste.
  • You have experience managing retail spaces, visual merchandising, or event/pop-up activations.
  • You’re highly organized, responsible, and can manage multiple timelines and vendors.
  • You know what’s trending – you understand what makes Gen Z say, “This place is a vibe.”
  • You’re a creative problem-solver and love bringing concepts to life with smart execution.
  • Bonus if you have experience creating moodboards, booth concepts, or retail decks.
