A leading family entertainment company is seeking a Store Manager for their Jakarta area venue. This role involves ensuring high guest satisfaction, managing daily operations, and leading a team. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in store management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Availability on weekends and public holidays is required.

To ensure the high level of Guest satisfaction is obtained through excellence Guest Experience in our venue.
To develop, lead and deliver growth, cost efficiency and sustainable profitability in accordance with our target, management direction and financial strategy.
To be responsible for all venue administration, receiving goods process, managing the stock inventory and ensuring availability of souvenirs and attractive display in our souvenir shop and in vending games
To manage the team and daily activity, to supervise and to coach the team in areas of daily workflow and work performance.
To identify and develop the talents within the venue to secure succession planning.
To ensure that all SOPs are well implemented in the venue.
Candidate must hold a minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major.
Proven successful experience of a minimum of 5 years as a store manager.
Experience of customer-centric business and gained in a value-driven organisation
High leadership qualities as proven record of lead, inspire, provide direction, and act strategically toward people and customer centric.
Strong organizational and management skill.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and work on shifts.
