Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
  2. Manage and coach the team into building sustainable business practices.
  3. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to company policy.
  4. Manage and motivate the team to drive the business forward.
  5. Create a positive work environment, empower the team, and encourage innovative solutions.
  6. Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, utilizing available support such as VM, clienteling, and events.
  7. Build a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably in medium to luxury segments.
  3. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a strong sense of fashion.
  4. Excellent team management and development skills.
  5. Role model in selling, floor management, training, and VM.
  6. Attractive, confident, and high-level social and networking skills.
