A retail company in Kalimantan Tengah is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop promotional strategies, and build partnerships with brands. The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in retail fashion management and be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with an ability to work under pressure.
Manage and supervise daily store operations.
Develop sales and promotional strategies to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Report and analyze sales performance and promotional effectiveness on a weekly basis.
Build partnerships with local and national brands.
Approach government institutions for promotional opportunities and transaction negotiation
Handle sponsorships for local and national events.
Manage the use of petty cash for store operations.
Hiring crew team.
Coordinate product shipments from the warehouse to the store.
Submit letters of approval (LOA) for large transactions and staff additions to the Director.
Analyze the store’s operational needs (staffing, work effectiveness, HR productivity).
Place SKU orders and analyze high-demand products in the local market.
Create store-specific promotions (outside of central campaigns) and submit LOA to the Director.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion
Able to communicate politely and effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff
Able to work under pressure and maintain emotional balance
Well-organized and experienced in scheduling work shifts
Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Bun and rotate locations from time to time
Honest and with high integrity
