Store Manager (New Singapore F&B Brand – Rasa Mala)

Rasa Mala is a F&B brand from Singapore, bringing the bold and exciting flavours of Sichuan cuisine to Indonesia. Known for our spicy, flavourful and modern Asian dining experience, we’re now launching our first outlet in Jakarta — and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Store Manager to lead our pioneer team!

What You’ll Do

As our Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and delivering great guest experiences. You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of service and kitchen crew
  • Oversee daily store operations, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and order placement
  • Ensure service quality, speed, and consistency according to brand standards
  • Monitor sales performance and control cost to meet profit targets
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Collaborate with the HQ team (Singapore) on promotions, SOPs, and reports
  • Drive team spirit and create a fun, positive working culture
  • Build relationship with mall management team to ensure we have good operating ground
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced — but also hungry to grow.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 2–3 years of experience managing an F&B outlet or restaurant
  • Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup
  • Have strong leadership and people management skills
  • Are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational in English
  • Understand basic financials (P&L, sales, cost control)
  • Have a passion for food, service, and team building
  • Are excited to build and lead a new store from scratch!
