Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail store management; experience in new store setup is a plus.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent planning and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
