Role Overview

The Multi Store Manager (MSM) is responsible for leading and managing daily retail operations across multiple stores within Jabodetabek. This role ensures sales growth, operational excellence, data accuracy, and team performance, while preparing for future expansion projects. The person plays a critical role in maintaining brand standards and driving overall business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage daily performance of 5 stores across Jabodetabek.
  • Ensure all stores adhere to company standards for sales, service, and visual presentation.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate cleanliness, service quality, and operational compliance.
  • Monitor and drive sales results for each store.
  • Prepare and review weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and support Store Supervisors and frontline staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and incentive initiatives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all stores comply with SOPs, Code of Conduct, and operational guidelines.
  • Track and review compliance and attendance reports.
  • Submit timely and accurate KPI and compensation reports.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability across stores.
  • Monitor stock levels, transfers, and minimize out-of-stock/overstock risks.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
  • Expansion & Projects: Support the launch of new stores or relocation projects.
  • Implement new operational systems or process improvements as required.
Job Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Retail, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-store or area retail management, in the most recent roles.
  • Hands-on experience in supervising teams, store operations, and retail sales performance.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and operational KPIs.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong exposure to retail operations, consumer goods, or home appliances.
  • Experience in managing multi-location retail outlets.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM and retail management systems.
  • Ability to analyze and present performance dashboards clearly.
  • Language Proficiency: Good proficiency in English for reporting and cross-functional communication.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on and flexible, with willingness to travel frequently across store locations.
