The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number.
S/he will be responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes. Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service. S/he will also be maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
