Job description

1. Fully responsible for store operation and management, ensuring smooth daily operations, implementing the company's marketing strategies, and leading store employees to meet revenue targets.

2. Responsible for planning and implementing amusement activities, dividing labor and providing job training for staff, and continuously enhancing employees' professional skills.

3. Ensure compliance with all operational standards and norms, supervise employees to follow service regulations and quality standards, and maintain store and customer safety.

4. Gather and respond to customer feedback and requests, handle customer complaints and issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in management or marketing.

2. Over 2 years of experience in store management, especially in amusement parks or similar entertainment venues, with knowledge of sales, performance management, personnel, and product management.

3. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, resilience, a challenge-driven attitude, and unique management insights.

4. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in analyzing, budgeting, summarizing, and planning store data.
