They are currently seeking a Store Manager to oversee the pre-opening setup and daily operations of the store, ensure the consistent delivery of the brands signature guest service, guide and empower the store team, and drive operational excellence while maximizing financial performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or another customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, deliver excellent customer service, and manage store operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, guide, and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including handling customer concerns and partner relationships professionally.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory control, cash management, and store financial operations.
  • Familiarity with hygiene standards, quality assurance, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Skilled in preparing staff schedules and managing day-to-day operational needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on service quality and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in handling store audits and mystery shopper evaluations, with the ability to implement improvements from feedback.
